We strongly recommend that anyone contemplating developing their own model has training and support.

Support

Anyone can report problems with WeaverBird. Please contact us.

However if you wish to enter into a dialogue about WeaverBird issues and advice on model development, you need a support contract.

A support contract supplies email and telephone support, and a regular newsletter that informs you about new releases, recent problem found, and hints on model development.

Support is also available for Polyphony. Such a support contract will also include support for WeaverBird.

Training

A two day course is available to teach you how to develop a model using WeaverBird.

A one day course is available to teach you how to use the Polyphony model.

These course are normally run in customer premises.

Services

We can provide a service to help you use Polyphony effectively in your organization.

We can provide a service to write a model for you. Developing a WeaverBird model is an iterative process. We will quote a fixed charge for each iteration.

We can also integrate WeaverBird technology into you product. We will help you the C++ programming.

For both WeaverBird and for Polyphony, our preferred approach is to provide training, support and a few days consultancy as a single package to help you start using these products effectively in your organization.
